Hi! sorry to all my supportive fans who always support amberchia diary. Was so busy over the last few months and didn’t have time to put an entry here. hope u guys haven’t missed me too much *wink*.. forgive me? Anyway, let me tell you what i’ve been busy with: I travelled to India, Singapore and have been busy with modelling work in KL. Now I’m filming a CCTV Series in Terengganu with many Chinese and Malaysian actors. I’ve been here since the start of April. Now I miss KL so much. I mean, Terengganu’s a beautiful place but I’m starting to feel bored. Coz when I’m not working, there’s no where to go. There’s not much night life here, or maybe I haven’t found them , but other than the filming group, I have no other friends here. I must say Terengganu’s a good place for resting and blissful holidays, but I have to be here for THREE Months?! I think its too long for a holiday right?? Miss the night spots in KL and my friends in KL very much now.. HOW?? Well, I’ll try to be back in KL when i’m not filming here coz its fashion week in KL now and I guess you guys wish to see me at some events and shows too right?
And if you wanna know which shows and events I’ll be at, you’ll have to check back at amberchia.com more often, and I hope to see you guys there too I’ll be posting some pictures from my travels and filming days. Its the last day of celebrations for the Chinese celebrating the New Year. 2006 has past and everyone have to start working again.. same goes for me. I’m back in KL now. Had a very good time with my family for the last 10 days. What a nice long holiday it was for me. I’m sharing some of family photos here.. they were taken on the eight day of CNY. As you can see, I come from a really big family. Look closely, i think i look like my father. What do you think? I also have a very pretty younger sister who looks alot like me.. right? She’s very pretty and she tells me that she wants to be a model too.
… but I tell her she’s still young. sweet 16.. finish school first. Posting my family photos here, I feel so happy, so lucky to have my big family. b cos they make me strong and make me what I am today. They always give me support when i need it. thanks to the best family a girl could hope for. I’m so blessed to have u guys in my life.

hi everyone, just wanna share with you what’s happening here in Taipei. Arrived in the evening of the 16th of January at 7pm. Its nice and cool here at 15 degrees (winter weather). I’m very happy to be here again, being my fifth time, I have so many friends to catch up with, but so much work from the moment i arrived, so i don’t know if i’ll manage to see everyone.
On my second day here on the 17th I had a shoot and interview for a Taipei magazine. Started at 11am and finished at 6pm. Later had a dinner meeting and finished at 12am. Very tired.
Yesterday on the 18th of Jan, attended a Taipei Game show which started at 11am and finished at 7pm. Its a game show for bowling. It was alotof fun. Met alot of local actors from Taipei who were all very nice..
Today (19th Jan) I am a special guest at a press show. Standby time was 9am but the show only started at 3pm and ended at 6pm. I’ve just finished my show and back to the office now updating my blog diary. I miss you all. Its cold, but I can still feel the warmth of my Malaysian fans. I was so happy to see all the comments from you guys. Its all of you who keep me going. Thanks alot. Miss home, food, friends and fans. Hi!! hope you’re all doing well. I’m leaving to taipei tommorrow for about 10 days from the 16th till the 26th of January. I hear its very cold there, will need some warmth from you guys. haha. Well, please drop me messages more when free. I value your support so much, its what keep me going and doing what I do. I will write more about taipei when I’m there, to let u guys know how i feel. And of course, yes, I will take some photo to show u guys too.
Oh, I forgot to mention what I’ll be doing there. I have some work, for a taiwanese game show, and also some shoots for magazines and a few guest appearances. Yes, it will be busy, and I will miss it back here, at home, and the food… curry and spicy food. I’ll stop here for now, will update you again when I’m there. Just back from holidays… I spent my Christmas and ushered in the New Year in Singapore. Was very happy and I had a wonderful time here. I hope you guys had a good break during the holidays too.
But back to KL and I guess, just like every one, I have to focus on work now.
Also, want to wish you all a very belated Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Sorry for the late wishes, I was very busy before the holidays and then I was busy enjoying my holidays mah… soooooorrrrryyyy.. Its a really nice feeling to have 5 days of birthday celebrations. My birthdate is the 14th of December but my birthday parties started from the 10th of December. I’ve had about 5 parties and 5 birthday cakes this year. I’m absolutely thrilled, I had such a good time with all family and friends. Thanks to everyone who made the effort to organize each one, and the cakes and the presents, i loved everything, thanks so much.
I only put out 1 candle for each of my cakes, because I’m 25 now, and time really flies. I remember the days when I was still celebrating my 18th, woh.. 7 years ago!!
Oh, and I just have to say that I was soo very happy when at the stroke of midnight on the 14th of December, I received so many birthday calls and I was so happy because so many of my friends from Malaysia and other countries remembered my birthday! And when I awoke that very morning, I had received 175 birthday wishes via sms. I was so touched that I broke into tears.. a happy cry! My friends have been asking “What do you want for your birthday Amber?” I told them that I have everything, I’m happy with all that I have now and I think maybe that’s why I’m always happy. I’m happy doing what I love and having such great company around all the time, happy that I’ve managed to do all that I wanted to do in 2006. Now, 2007 is coming and my only wish is to have my goals and dreams for the year come true. AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST, THANKS TO ALL MY FANS WHO E-MAILED ME WITH HAPPY BIRTHDAY WISHES, BECAUSE I AM, I’M HAPPY FOR MY BIRTHDAY THIS YEAR!!!
