Google Search Engine can be used to locate MP3/Video files available on the Internet. By executing this simple query you can locate links of almost all the popular Shakira albums 
And clicking on the one of the links has shown a huge repository of MP3 songs which has almost all the albums of Shakira 
With simple changes to the above query you can evenlocate video files
-inurl:(htm|html|php) intitle:"index of" +"last modified" +"parent directory" +description +size +(wma|mp3) "Shakira"(Replace Shakira with your favorite music album or music star name)

I just tried this myself to look for Jim Reeves Mp3
